The most common reason a card is declining is because Drummidi is based in Australia and you are purchasing from a country outside of Australia. Banks sometimes automatically flag these payments.

If you card declines try using the PayPal checkout. You arent required to have a paypal account and can check out with your card via paypal checkout.

Other reasons are due to using a VPN sometimes cards are automatically declined by shoppay.

After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email and also a follow up email with a link from sendowl.

This is an automated process so allow maybe 5 minutes after your purchase until you receive it otherwise check your junk folder for your order confirmation and download links.

If you are concerned and have not received your automated email with the download links quote your order number in your order confirmation and quote that number when you get in touch with me.

All files are hosted in the cloud with AWS and processed with Send Owl. If you are having issues with your download try again after clearing your cache, otherwise when downloading multiple files download them one at a time.

Server based issues on downloads are out of my hands. I can help and reset downloads for you if issues persist.

Due to the size of the .wav files included, I archive the files to make them smaller for you to download.

Once you have downloaded your .zip or .rar files you are required to extract them with software such as WinRAR or 7Zip.

Your Extracted archive will have all your MIDI ready to go for you.

If you were not taken to an order confirmation page with an order number nor did you receive an email with a confirmed order than no order was placed.

Confirm with your payment provider if you were billed. 100% of the time your card or billing was declined.

This can be confirmed via email if you request it to be followed up.

If you never received the confirmation email check your junk folder and also make sure you use an active email address on your purchase. Throw away or dummy email addresses are not recommended as the order confirmation and download link is automated to your email at checkout.

We recommend software such as GGD, SSD, Ez Drummer or Superior Drummer for that.

This is to make it as simple as possible to start your creation process and get writing. A complete track dragged and dropped into your DAW is a lot faster to inspire the creative process.

Alternatively, we do sell groove libraries HERE if that is more so what you require.
